What this notice covers

This notice explains how Quantum handles information submitted through the preliminary application on this website. Quantum is the controller of that application information.

What we collect

We collect the contact, market, business, production, relationship, goals, and free-text information you choose to provide. Please do not include client names, transaction details, credentials, health information, or other confidential or highly sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use application information only to evaluate fit, review the application, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, contact you about the application, and maintain the security and integrity of the service. We do not sell application information or use it for third-party advertising.

Drafts, retention, and deletion

The application can save only non-sensitive multiple-choice selections in session storage for up to four hours in the current browser tab. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, brokerage names, markets, and free-text responses are not stored in that draft.

Submitted applications are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless a continuing conversation or legal obligation requires a longer period. Security rate-limit records contain a one-way network identifier and expire on a shorter operational schedule.

Service providers and security

We use infrastructure providers to host this site and store submissions on our behalf. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce risk.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your application, or withdraw from consideration. Use the same direct Quantum contact or invitation channel through which you received the application link and identify the email address used in your submission. If you received the link indirectly and do not have a direct Quantum contact, do not submit personal information until a contact channel has been provided.
